I’m super excited to receive the products I ordered. Although the process was easy and understandable, the site did not allow me to use or rather input the 10% off code I received for being a new sign up to ColourPop. Otherwise I would’ve have give it 5 stars.

Not Happy Customer. I have been ordering from colourpop for several years and I don't understand why I can never find the color that I always order. . Last time I typed in search and it came up. This time it did not, therefore leaving me to try something different that I may or may not like. The last time I ordered I ordered serveral(6) tubes. I know it had to be a popular color. The 2 weeks ago I sent email to inquire and have not yet received a response to email. Colourpop has terrible customer service. r

I love what I bought! The eyeliners glide really well. Maybe this is due to having dark skin, but the color pay off for some of them isn’t the best, like the orange looks pinkish on me. Nevertheless, I still love these eyeliners!

I had a really great experience overall! I had only two pain points: 1. Not all the products (specifically the lipsticks) had shots of the product on different skin tones which really helps me know the true color of a product against my skin tone and is a major point of my decision process. If I didn't have a sister to give makeup that doesn't suit me then I probably wouldn't have purchased so much without seeing proper swatches and on models...I could've google swatches and looked on youtube for reviews/swatches but I don't want to work that hard. 2. I tend to add tons of product to my bag and then edit it down once I've browsed through the site. So when I was ready to edit my purchases in my ordering process, I clicked on my bag and the sidebar opens with all the products I've selected but I couldn't click on any of the items listed in my bag. I had to search all the products names individually to check that they are in fact a product that would work for me and that I'm excited to buy.

The name holds true as this palette really popped! The lipstick was creamy and soft. I loved the glitter gel! The Anna Frozen2 Kit has to be my favorite so far!
