Still haven’t received my small purchase since April of 2020 and now it’s June. Despite you guys taking my money and telling me this was a “recent purchase.” How am I supposed to highly review something that never came but I payed for? I don’t even need any of the items anymore. I get it’s Covid and things are slow, but this has been the only company that took my money right away and still haven’t delivered my items. This is bad business and I won’t be buying from you guys again. When I did reach out to track my order and they said,”I couldn’t issue a refund and it already shipped:(.”Plus they didn’t tell me where it was in the shipping process. Well it’s been two weeks and I was fed lies. I looked on there website and they aren’t taking refunds either. Imagine that. Bad business. Failure is one hand and money in the other. This isn’t resolved.

My purchase still is not send, in spite of I already have been contacted to colorpop managers. It’s almost 2 months now.

other times I have bought and everything is excellent but this time they sent my order by DHL and I never received anything they told me that I had to communicate with you because in the tracking it says that the order was delivered and I had no answers. I have never had problems before

So with receiving my order almost 3 months after ordering, you think they’d atleast send you good product. I get it, they weren’t able to ship. But once I received my product, my shadow was completely broken and falling out of the case, and they didn’t even send me the 4th product I purchased yet it was on the invoice that came with the package. Makes me never want to purchase from them again.
