I absolutely love the products and price point of Colourpop for the quality but the shipping has been extremely slow lately. I constantly have to check tracking details but of course there are no tracking details until randomly it shows up at my door weeks later. This makes me hesitant to continue ordering from the site.

The 3 stars isn't for the product. It is for the crazy shipping times. I placed an order on the same day from China,( Dec 26) that order arrived 7 days later from China. Today is Jan 7 and my order is another full week away. The prodect gets 5 stars, but your going to have to have to wait a long time to get it unfortunately.

The color of the lipstick did not match my skin tone as I thought it would. The color looks different in person vs the site

Great cheap makeup, however most lipsticks (matte and creams) have a chemical smell to them. I've tried their eyeshadow palette, eyeliners, and mascara and they all work great with a few exceptions. Some of their eye products, such as the BFF Volumizing Mascara in the shade of Purple Prose and the Graphix Ink Liner in the shade Party Crush, need to be layered in order to really get color pay off. You really get what you pay for. I would keep using their products to save money off of makeup. Overall, Colourpop offers good substitutes for makeup products at a lower cost with some products containing a chemical smell to them (mainly the matte and cream lipsticks) and some not having the best color pay off (ink eyeliners and color mascaras).

I ordered Online because of selection. Order was wrong, getting it fixed I almost Felt like I was Being accused of lying. Pictures of products received, packing lists and then list of what we didn’t receive. They handled it okay, but it was not the kind of return I want To do when the company is in the wrong. Then I open My lip pencil and it has zero color in it, BUT I dont Want to deal with customer service again Soo I’ll eat the $$ spent and never shop online again. Ulta has ZERO questions about returns. I’ll keep shopping at the store. As far as the other stuff the blotting lip is awesome and my brushes are pretty too.
