I haven’t received the black candle yet that was supposed to come first which would be fine but I never got a tracking code for it or was notified that it would be delayed until I wrote to colourpop saying I didn’t get it. Then they sent me the tracking code and said it was delayed. The lipstick bleeds a lot. The spider face stamp also bleeds as well as staining your skin like in

Their delivery partner refuses to deliver to apartment buildings. I find it difficult to trust Colourpop considering they've put their trust in such an unreliable partner. In Canada they deliver with DHL, who then contracts TFORCE to do final mile delivery. TFORCE refuses to deliver to apartment buildings. TFORCE also does not allow later pick up from an alternate location. If you are unable anticipate their arrival and meet TFORCE at your door (but they don't actually ring your door or call you), they will mark your package "return to sender" without notice or alternative options. Unfortunately this means I will no longer be able to order from Colourpop. As much as I enjoy their products, knowing they don't care about their costumers and have chosen to align themselves with such a disappointing and inappropriate partner means they are also disappointing and unreliable.

When I received my order I was incredibly excited. Everything looked beautiful and amazing. I noticed that I had some missing items, as well as a couple of my items being dried out. I've emailed them and haven't received a word back. When I emailed again it says I should email within 14days of receiving my package. Which I did. Disappointed, was hoping this could be resolved.

Very disappointed by the products I received fromColourpop’s Hocus Pocus launch. Some of my items arrived in smashed boxes, broken products, and items that had been touched and taken out of protective packaging. When I reached out to the customer service with details and photos I was ignored and treated as if what I had paid for didn’t matter. They refused to listen to me and kept asking for more photos when I had sent multiple times. Very uncomfortable with the way it was handled and to have nothing replaced or even refunded due to the company sending out products that were messed up is very disappointing.

No response to messed up order and missing items after over a month, yet continues to release new products left and right. Fulfill your current orders, please.

To always loved your company until I ordered the Hocus Pocus eyeshadow. It came broken so I contacted colourpop regarding the issue which took them awhile to get back to me. They finally sent out a replacement product which also came broke. I again reached out to the company numerous times before someone finally responded. They emailed me a coupon code for the amount of the eyeshadow to use towards next purchase. I responded with that I was afraid to order from he company again to send me a refund which they did but I didn’t like how they worded it as “a courtesy refund”. I felt it was offensive when I obviously wanted the item and obviously didn’t break it myself.

I loved you guys until I bought the new hocus pocus collection just for the candle and then it took forever to receive the candle. There was very minimal communication about what was happening. I want you guys to accept returns or at least give people the opportunity to cancel items in their order if the items have not shipped. There have been a couple times where ten minutes after I submit an order, I want to cancel a couple of items.

Love their products but their shipping department and customer service is horrible. My shipments are constantly missing items, broken or in numerous cases someone else’s order is packed in a box with my address. For these issues to occur occasionally is one thing, but to have issue with every order I place is just lazy workers not wanting to do their job. Trying to resolve issues by filling out the form on their website, submitting and waiting for days and weeks for a response is ridiculous. Sometimes I don’t get a response at all and have to take my complaints to social media and post numerous times, which conveniently gets deleted 90% of the time but some of them slip through and stay which generates a lot of traffic with people having similar issues. This is when someone on their team finally notices and responds. Absolutely ridiculous that loyal customers have to go through any of this!
