It would be nice, if you had some information about how long the different lip products are lasting. That would help a lot.

I have ordered a lot from them and everything usually makes it here to Japan in one piece. Got one broken eyeshadow ones but it was easy to fix. The eyeshadows are to die for!

I honestly love Colourpop’s image as a whole - I know I can always trust their ingredients, and their products have never let me down. I am amazed that they’re able to create high-quality products at an affordable price point. The ONLY complaint I have about their company is that they take quite a long time to ship their products- for a company based in southern California, it shouldn’t take almost a month for them to ship to northern California (which is where I’m from). Other than that, Colourpop is an amazing brand that I always turn to first for my beauty needs!

I love Colourpop, there isn’t another cosmetic company I follow more religiously. The only thing I wish they’d incorporate is more sustainable approaches. If they somehow made sustainable colorful products, I don’t think I’d ever look at another company again

I wasn't notified fast enough of the sale and prepared with the money necessary to buy all I wanted. Also, sadly what I really wanted sold out in like 5 minutes after I came on the site so it felt a bit sad to be notified to late. But love the products so much.

The quality of the products is amazing for the price which is why I still purchase from them, but the shipping is a big issue, my last package took 5 months to get to me (Mexico is literally the closest country!), not only it couldn’t be the Christmas present it was intended to be but a super shock eyeshadow was already kinda dry and one was broken... all I ask is to be able to PAY for better, faster shipping ❤️ (Also, when I gave up on me getting my purchase, they wouldn’t refund my money... it ended up not being an issue since I did got it, but if I hadn’t it would’ve been terrible from them)

I really like the website, however is getting kinda confusing the fact that the disney collecions are separated kmjust because its disney. If its an eyeshadow just let it on the eyeshadow.

I wanted the lippie stick and pencil Christmas set but was unable to check out with it as it doesn’t ship internationally. Not fair !
