Ordered in March..just received my package on the 5th..I ordered 5 products and only received 4. All 4 eye shadows were broken. I've never had this problem before..still haven't heard back from customer service 3 days after sending a email with pictures. I understand why it took so long to receive due to the virus etc but everything being broken and 1 thing not even being in the package is unacceptable.

It took 2 months to ship to me.

Wait to long just to receive a missing item from my order so dissatisfying

It takes a long time for my order to be proceed and shipped, I bought on the 04/29 and today (06/10), i didn’t receive my package yet. It’s complicated to reach to the customer service and when you do so, they only tell you what you already know. They don’t handle the coronavirus situation well.

My order was not complete. Items were missing. I even contacted customer service and no reply in four days anf counting. The foundation didnt match my skin. Just an aweful experiance.

Missing an item from my order, tried to contact them about this and haven’t received any response. I would like a refund.

I haven't even gotten the package yet, which I ordered in April and it is not June

I waited for my order to be sent home for a month. Was emailed back to give it an extra 7-12 business days! Still NOTHING... I spent a good amount and was excited for my package but then after 3emails later of trying to reach someone, I asked for a full refund and got a response back for it. Yeah cool but still now waiting for the money which they said should have already been in my bank account! 200$ later an still no money to be seen😑
