Absolutely love the brand. The products are always innovative, have a huge selection, and an ever-growing offering. My only criticism is that something comes out every single moment that you blink your eyes. And that starts to feel excessive, but also overwhelming. It also feels like if you purchase something one day, it goes on sale the next. This makes you trigger hesitant every time you purchase something. Also? Anytime something is on a goodbye/limited edition last call list, it starts to return eventually because everyone and their mama loves it and asks for it back. So there goes your urgency to purchase backups. All in all, great product and tons of first world problems. I'd love if there was an option to group purchases into one shipment if you are ordering frequently in a specific amount of time - to be mildly eco-friendly, but also considerate to my desire to cover up the amount of packages coming to my door on a regular basis.

NEED TO HAVE CO-RELATION WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM AND ALSO THE SHIPPING PROCESSING TEAM. I HAVE TRIED TO GIVE A IMPORTANT NOTE ON MY ORDER BUT THERE WAS NO OPTION AND WHEN I HAVE MAILED THEY HAVE GIVEN A STATEMENT LIKE THERE'S NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE AND THE SHIPPING AND PROCESSION TEAM WHICH IS DISAPPOINTING. ANOTHER THING, I HAVENT GOTTEN A CHANCE TO ORDER SOME VAULTS DUE TO SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS INTERNATIONALLY. SO MAKE AN OPTION FOR THE INTERNATIONAL BUYER TO BUY VAULTS WITHOUT BOX SO THAT SOME SPACE SAVES

The only thing that I had a problem With is the fact that not everything was 30% off. Everything I purchased except 2 items was at full price. It shows on the site that everything is 30% off site wide except the items I purchased. I’m just wondering why. Other than that, I went ahead and still purchased it because I know things will run out.

Make the international order a bit more convenient. And also a message option on the order list or order placement area. there's sometime important message needed to be applied. This is solely for international buyer

Seamless shopping experience. Better only if taxes and duties were already pre paid (and the calculator at checkout didn't work for me).

I LOVE the brand, their marketing style, that they are cruelty free, their prices vs quality, everything! I just wish they update their website, is hard to find nice pics of swatches on lippie pencils, lipsticks and foundations, and their IG mainly shows eyeshadows, so its hard to shop online.
