I would like to give a better rating but I ended up canceling as this was my first order from them and it was taking several weeks for them to send the products. It was very poor communication on what was happening with my order. As a first time customer, this all made me a bit nervous to do business with them.I understand the covid issue can cause issues but I ordered from several companies and they still got my products to me even if it was a little delayed (on occasion) and they let me know what was happening if there was a delay. If they ever improve their TAT and customer service I might be willing to try again. I will keep observing others reviews to see if it is worth it in the future to do business with them. I am kind of bummed because I heard that had some cool products. Oh well.

Really disapointed by the shipping and the product. Not the same color as the pictures

It took over a month to receive my item.

Received my package but had missing items! Emailed them, got a reply black and told them the products that I’m missing, took a picture of the products I received and the package slip but still no response!! I waited for a month for my package to arrive and was sad that it was missing some items. I told them that I wasn’t gonna wait for another package and I wanted a refund for those 3 items!! If you guys still don’t reply, I am going to sue. You’re basically stealing my money at this point.
