I was excited to order from colour pop for the first time and so I made my purchase during the pandemic which I understand the website said it would take much longer, after waiting a whole month I finally received a tracking number, which still took about 2 weeks to show any updates. I finally received my order just to see that I didn't even receive everything I ordered. I immediately reached out to colour pop twice via email about this and they have yet to get back to me it's been over 3-4 days. Horrible service and their return policy is no refund which I understand when I made the purchase but then they don't send me what I have ordered so I cannot wait to see what their response will be as its already taking them a long time to respond. I will not be ordering again. Looking over reviews and some people have not got their items either. Terrible service. Save your money!!

My experience is that my package was seemingly lost in transit, I reached out and waited over a week for a reply, and still nothing.

Wrong order was sent

This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. I placed my order in February. I was very excited, I ordered the Frozen 2 full sets. In March I started wondering where my package was, the site said it would arrive within 15 days. I checked the tracking, and to my surprise I saw that my package was never on its way to me, and was being sent back to Colourpop. I sent them an email with all the details, asking what I had to do now that everything was sent back. They gave me an automated response. I tried again, this time with a plea to have them check where my package was going and why. Again, an automated reply, saying I had to go to my local post office. In both of my mails to them, I already mentioned I went to my post office twice.. Then I got really pissed off. In April, I had still heard nothing from them. I sent a third and fourth email, both again with automated replies. I was done with this company and wanted my money back. Apparently, my package had already been at Colourpop since the end of April. Yet they did not send me my money back. I mailed them a SIXTH time, and only then did I get my money back. IN JUNE. It took them FIVE MONTHS to get me my money back. I was also promised a sale code for the trouble, but they never sent me one. This was a horrible experience, and I am never ordering from them again.
