Colourpop has great products and a great website! I took 1 star off because sometimes it is difficult to find every product (for example, I have had to search for empty compacts or palettes before—I haven’t found out how to navigate to them from the “shop” menu). Another aspect of removing a star is that I think colourpop does launches too often—it can be overwhelming as a consumer.

good! really easy to use website, wish there was free international shipping or at least the same shipping as the USA to Canada, especially since they spell "Colour" "colour with the u.. the Canadian way

Products are great quality and super inexpensive. However, the items will take a while to get to you.

I've been following Colourpop since they started growing, and they have always put out very good quality products. I'm very happy to see how much they have grown in the last few years as a brand, and I appreciate the fact that they are cruelty free. However, lately they have been putting out an INSANE amount of products out in the market. So much so, that it's almost a meme. A new launch every week, pretty much.I understand wanting to expand and continue to create, but Colourpop is now becoming almost the "fast fashion" makeup brand, which just creates too much want for things we don't necessary need, and too much waste by constantly "recycling" products and making room for new ones, even though we JUST got new products. I wish they would slow down on the new launches. Other than that, I really enjoy the brand.

I love their selection and pricing. However, I wish there was an option to update order during processing. I always seem to miss something after I've ordered and have to get it somewhere else. If they gave a window to make changes (and or cancel) it would be nice

Good quality for products at such a low price. I especially love their lip products. They stay on for longer than you think and their eyeshadow palettes have really good pigment.

Everything is perfect except the fact that colourpop doesn’t ship the big promotion items outside the US. I’m from Australia and tried to order the 40 pack of lip pencils but couldn’t get them, which was especially disappointing when they were discounted to 59USD. Colourpop should have an option for international buyers to pay more shipping for these sorts of items instead of missing out completely. Other than that colourpop has been great!
