I've ordered the items almost three months ago, and I still havn't received them.

I was really excited to try ColourPop's products, I thought the eyeshadow palettes looked absolutely stunning. I ordered four of them. I understand that there are such big delivery delays due to Coronavirus regarding online orders but, to be honest, ColourPop could have developed some kind of system where they could notify customers or at least apologize for any order/delivery delays, or work with the post service so that customers can be notified through that. I placed my order around the beginning of May 2020. It's now mid-June. I spent around $100 AUD on those palettes. I hope some day I'll get to try them.

My Order said It was delivered But it was never delivered to me.I contacted their customer service and they told me to wait, it’s been more than 14 day and still haven’t received anything!

I made an order in March, we’re now in June & although I’ve sent multiple emails requesting about my package and also requesting a refund because i CHOOSE not to wait any longer, NO ONE has reached out ! You people are using this pandemic as an excuse to take people’s money & not send out what they order! Will NOT be supporting this company anymore!!!!

Came three weeks late and was disappointed in quality of shades.

I have been waiting for eye shadow palettes for 2 month!!! This is Ridiculous, I Ordered stuff from China on Wish.com and the items came faster than yours and you're in California this is unbelievable I am so disgusted what ColorPop

I received a notification for the shipping and delivery of my order in full, no notes were made about a partial delivery or similar. But I received only a couple of items and again not a word about what is going on.

Items came broken and incomplete, I’m still getting charged for them and haven’t even got a response back
