first time to order at colourpop. went through hell. waited couple months for the sailormoon collection and woke up early to order it at 10 am. Ordered the whole set at 11:02. Screen kept loading then showed up sold out at 11:02! then ofc i had to pick up other sailormoon items. Chose the palette, lip bundle & blush. kept loading and loading, then it kept me asking if i was a robot (had to do it 4 times - it's the one where you pick images) then it just says that the blush was sold out. had to go back and restart and pick other items. it kept saying that i was few $ away from free shipping, so had to change items. then at the shipping it did not say the total in my cart, the only option was to pay shipping, then at the receipt i saw $49 was my total. i was $1 away from free shipping. paid $20 for shipping!!! so bummed will never buy again

The way they handle special bundle releases is ridiculous. They have a reputation for having amazing make up that a lot of people want. Their customers were looking forward to the Sailor Moon collection, so of course this site became a target for scalpers. Their first release sold out instantly thanks to scalpers, but that's to be expected. We were hoping Colourpop would learn from this experience and make appropriate changes to prevent future scalpers, but that wasn't the case during the second release. Many customers had the products in their cart the very millisecond the Sailor Moon collection went live again, but they were sold out when they got to the checkout? And of course, we saw scalpers release their orders all over eBay for 3 times the amount. Customers are trying to get Colourpop to address the situation on Facebook and Twitter, but their ignoring the complaints. Their behavior only shows how they don't care how they get their money. Even if they sell out of their products thanks to scalpers, they don't care as long as they get their money. Stick to their usual products. Their limited releases are a joke and need to be handled better.

I am so upset that they dont let you know that they don't take returns. The lipsticks were broken and had bubbles on them so I was unhappy with them and Colourpop doesn't want to refund me my money...

Worst customer service ever I ordered and received my package over a month later only to find that there was one item missing. The packing slip stated all items were in the box and when I reached out to say the item wasn’t in the response was that the brush I ordered was on back stock but the item missing was a concealer and after multiple emails I have not yet sorted it out. They refunded me for the brush I already received but have not made any attempt to refund me for the concealer which there is a price difference on. I have reached out multiple times and even went as far as dming on social media to see if anyone was able to help and that was two days ago. Still nothing I am writing this review in efforts for a response for this has to be the worse experience due to no customer service phone number to explain my situation.

Out of 2 orders that I made,none of them came to me to Croatia in 3months.

Never received the items that I ordered, reached out to customer service and never got a response, then received an email saying the item that I did receive was on back order, and I’m still waiting for a response back from customer service for the more expensive item that I never got.

Had to cancel order no shipping available and this was a Birthday gift
