quality of products were amazing but although it would be better for international buyers if the site will be able to show prices in our currency so as to make it more accurate for us! but overall, quality was amazing and would be def be buying more!!

high quality products and quick delivery service are satisfactory, but the cost of international shipping feels rather expensive.

First time ordering from Colour Pop. Would be very helpful to have an option online to show Canadian pricing, as that would have affected how much I ordered. But when searching for Colour Pop Canada, only the one website came up and there was no indication of the US or of pricing being in USD until I received my confirmation email.

Seems really cheap but prices are in usd so its a bit misleading Also they need a better way to choose the right shade for foundations and concealers

Colourpop has great quality products for incredibly low prices. The eyeshadows are very pigmented and nice with a wide selection and beautiful palettes. The lippie stix, lux lipsticks, and liquid lipsticks are also very pigmented and smooth, and the rest of the products I’ve tried like the bff mascara, powder blush, and foundation are top quality products. The issue with the products is the packaging. The lippie stix, blush, shadows, concealers, etc. come in plastic containers that once used up or empty, go to waste. The plastic in packaging these products is not eco friendly or safe for the environment, not even recyclable. Colourpop receives 4/5 stars because they are not as environmentally conscious as they should and could be. A brand with such fantastic quality products and a wide and strong customer base can afford to be more environmentally friendly in the materials that hold their products.

Good (not great) quality for great prices. I love the packaging and the website is usually pretty user friendly (I think it was slow today bc of the sale).

Easy to purchase great customer service. My only complaints wld be 1 wish the free shipping wld be at a lower price point it keeps me from buying more often and 2 the color swatches cld be more accurate. But still enjoy just about everything I hv purchased. The price point on the products allow me to try out new colors and such without breaking the bank.
