I did not receive my products, I emailed this company immediately and advised them that my products were not in this box and that I only received one item and sent in pictures, this was my first time ordering from this company and they are a fraud, they charged me and I did not get the products, customer service sucks bc you can not even call them.

Shipping and customer service is at an all time low. I’ve experienced forgotten items, month long shipping and broken products. Along with week waits to hear back from customer service. Everyone I’ve spoken to has had similar experiences. Products are good for the price.

One of my requested items didn’t arrive. I asked for two items and the WHATEVER PALETTE is missing. I already asked for my palette, and Miss Patrizia offered to me a coupon for $16 dlls which doesn’t help, because I will have to pay $9.99 Dlls for the shipment anyway (26 dlls total) to have delivered it to México. She said that it is not possible to deliver the palette (the palette is available in your store). I am no asking for anything more than for that I payed for. I mean I don’t want anything for free. I just want the palette because I already payed for it and for the delivery. Thanks.
