it was never put through so i got a refunded.

I bought some products in April and im still waiting!!!

I placed an order, and my card was charged. Four weeks later I was notified the item was not available and held up in customs. I had sent multiple emails checking on this product and was told it would ship soon. Only after four weeks was I notified I would not get the product. Poor customer service.

I have contacted Colourpop several times and was told to wait for a package that never came. I waited and waited some more and nothing ever came. I reached out in three different emails asking to please let me know the next steps. Now I am frustrated and disappointed in not receiving any contact back from them. I love Colourpop products and I am just sad that nobody has gotten back to me and offered me even a refund so I may pick a new item since this one is now out of stock. Hopefully someone corrects the mistake and this never happens again....

I still have not received my order, that i made 2 months ago... and i don’t have any update...

I still don't have received it!

Only half my order showed up. When I went back on the Colourpop website it was listed as back in stock. I waited OVER a month to even get my package shipped. Even longer with shipping. Never again.
