Customer service has a bad habit of not being helpful when stuff happens to people packages, its unacceptable to have this its not my problem attitude towards a customer. Other than that prices are good and products are amazing ,shipping needs work its a bit to slow and sometimes the products come damaged.

I feel that the shopping experience was very smooth. I did have an issue at the checkout where I couldn't enter in a promo code, even though before submitting payment it told me where to put the promo codes. It's possible that was due to the 30% off everything sale going on, but nothing was specified that you can't use a promo code.(items excluded from the sale were clearly specified that they were not included) Other than that, it was a perfect experience

Good and affordable products. Only had a problem one time since shopping with them 3 years ago, had one item missing in an order and only noticed after the 2 week mark so couldn't do anything about it

Loves: Eyeshadow formula, not just "for the price" but also the price is amazing! Customer service is amazing Cons: couldn't get the shades I wanted, but maybe that's a good thing, and it made me get a closer shade in the end. I usually have a hard time finding a light enough shade of foundation and concealer, but in your first concealer I had to step down quite a bit to find a dark enough shade, that was awesome!!!

Reasonably price with good quality but refund policy is strange. They would not give you refund but only coupon code with the specific product and the it has time limit. I would prefer a refund for the damaged products. However, their customer service replies quite promptly.

Always impressed with the quality of products and customer service. Prices are amazing for the quality you get. The website can be a pain sometimes. When you search a product, like the Lippie stix, all the available shades don’t show up so you have to do some digging to find the shade you want.

I love this brand, everything from their amazing quality and affordable prices to their cruelty free philosophy. However, I would love to see colourpop's products beeing sold in any european retailer, because I live in Spain and lately I've been having many issues with custom taxes and fees, which elevate the price of my orders to a point where I can't afford them anymore. I love this brand so much that the fact of not being able to purchase from it anymore makes me so sad.

I really adore colourpop. Products are great, packaging is beautiful, formula is almost always amazing quality. I do wish the orders processed a bit more quickly, I usually get them in 3 weeks which is a lot. But mostly, even though I know the prices are very affordable I wish there was a rewards program of ANY kind, I would push me to but a lot more products and more often.
