I ordered an 80 American dollar order (I am from Australia) and have had no emails confirming shipment. The money was deposited out of my bank account leaving a receipt to where it went (the colour pop website). It has been 3 months since I made the order, I have tried to contact the colour pop help email but I am still yet to hear from anyone about this inconvenience. The order was not a cheap order and I can thankfully get my money back through Paypal but I was really hoping to be able to resolve this issue over emails but still, I have received no communication. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Sent me someone else’s package and then took another two weeks for me to finally get you all to ship the right package and I still don’t have it.

I'm still waiting for my order. It's been more than 2 months.

I did not receive my items on time it was very hard to contact customer service. I did to not receive one item. When it was shipped to my address it was missing and when I tried to reach customer service I was sent to a “not found page” multiple times.

Was missing something in my order when it got delivered

Mashalla guys u have a bad service in whole world and I never seen service like this M waiting for! 2 months for my shdow palette then after that it was cancelled now can I know if i have to wait for more! 2 months or it will stole from u guys
