I love the site and the products!the colors everything!but when make an order I have to pay 10$ For the shipping i just say that I pay for the mascara let’s say 5$ and for the sipping 10 !so I wait for you to make sales to buy something!if you had A lower price for the shipping it will be very nice!🙏🏻

Colourpop has really pretty shadows/blushers, etc. However, in my opinion, they can do better on their sales. 30% off (for Black Friday) is not a good discount when most do 50% or more. Colourpop is not cheap to begin with. I just feel the pricing on sales could be a little better. But, their products are good.

The website is nice but it didn't prompt me to create an account and I didn't realize that step wasn't coming until the order was placed. It's also unusual to not have a "review order" step before finalizing the transaction.

dommage que le site ne soit pas en français et que les prix ne soient pas convertis en euros sinon site très bien fait et très clair. dommage que mon code de bienvenue ne soit pas applicable à ma première commande car non applicable aux produits de ma commande.

Bought the lip liner set, love it but tbh the packaging wasn’t what I expected at all. It was flimsy cardboard & it tore when I took the tape off to open it. I knew it was on the cheaper side compared to other brands but for being close to $100 it could have been better.

Things keep getting out of stock then back in stock then out of stock again. Some products are not shown under the "set" section, have to manually search for it.
