I love the products but my last order was delivered to the wrong address - tracking information said it was delivered, but it never appeared in my mail box in my building. Total bummer.

The package lacked 2 items from my order and I'm offered a coupon instead of refund. The worst experience I've ever had with this company so far.

Bad service, didn't refund me for items not sent and a valid reason for cancellation of my order was not given.

when my order came I was missing one of the items I ordered and after filling out a report I have yet to hear anything until I got emails asking me to write a review. the products are always great I just wish I could get this sorted out.

I tried emailing customer service because my package was accidentally tossed out, even though it was my fault because a family member tossed it out, I never heard back on email or social media. I’m still bummmed and can’t really review the products.

My order took a long time to arrive and when it did, I was sent the wrong shades. I was then given a store credit for those products and had to ask if I could get a refund or new products sent out instead.

I order from colourpop all the time. Never had an issue. However, some of my products came damaged.

Processing and shipping took forever and this is not the first time that this happens, also a lot of things on your website are out of stock and I don’t know why they are there. you should take a look into that.
