I love everything I have ever order from Colourpop, my only thing is that sometimes it does take way too long to arrive. Other than that, products are AMAZING, customer service is also great.

Very good cosmetics for the price point

Amazing selection of product, unfortunately I ordered during their Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale so a lot of the stuff I was hoping to get was sold out, but other than that, my shopping experience was great.

I would like the items that are out of stock to be sent with automatic free shipping. A few things were out of stock but when they’re back in stock I won’t be making a $30 purchase for a few items. I would have bought them now with my $30+ order and should be given the same free shipping once in stock.

This is one of my favourite brands the products are amazing my only reason for rating them 4 stars over 5 stars is due to the fact that colour pop used to show swatches of the product on peoples arms which made it easy to see what shades would apply for me

Best quality, nice surprise, moderate price! Just some products arrive broken. Even so, conquered my hearth and is my favorite brand of eyeshadow brand. See you later!

Got a notice that there was a sale and when I logged in, I couldn't see my wishlist. Kind of a bummer because I really wanted to add those specific items to my cart. I also wish they'd install a sort by price filter. Other than those items of concern, I found shopping to be a satisfactory experience.

I've been a long time fan of this brand, from the quality of your products to the great price points, it's really hard to find any flaws within the company! I will say, I know you are deemed ""The Brand That Doesn't Sleep", but always having a new product being pushed out almost on a weekly basis is exhausting. Build up the excitement! That's what makeup is about, having fun! I'd love to be able to buy a product and see reviews/looks, curated from a "normal" consumer, to influencers, to Colourpop themselves, a tight community of a product we've all been waiting for and finally have in our hands, sharing the experience together. Unfortunately (please don't hate me), the excitement really has died. I'll buy a palette, and by the time I receive it, it's already old news because another handful of products just launched. It becomes somewhat forgotten. Please don't stop creating and being the incredible company that you are! Just a little more space in between launches would be great!
