i ordered items and never received them. zero assistance when i tried to get help. i would not recommend buying their products to anyone buying from out of the US

Not only was the shade range terrible…
Not only was the shade range terrible but the picture on the website cane no where near matching the color that came in the mail for me. So not only did i wait three weeks for this fountain but it wasn’t even my shade. It was a mid fair tone and your website advertised it as dark with red undertones.

I ordered a concealer and highlighter. The concealer didn’t come and the highlighter had marks in it like someone had swatched it. Not a great experience

My order was lost
My order was lost, but no one know where is it. Colourpop team can't communicate with USPS and the USPS doesn't answer my e-mail. Disappointed.
