Mi orden jamas llego, nada me resuelven.

Ordered makeup the 16 march. I didnt get any order confirmation, tracking id og anything else. Im ordering from EU so i thought that it maybe had something to do with the COVID-19 situation. June 16 i contacted them on e-mail and asked them about my order. June 23 they sent me an e-mail with literally no answers. They ask me to send them my order number and the last four digits from my card number. I already sent them my order number in the first e-mail i sent, but whatever, i wrote an new e-mail with all the wanted i formation and sent that, and i also wrote that as my tracking number wasnt activated yet i knew that my order wasnt sent so therefore i asked for my money back. Jul 8, they sent me an email : I have some good news, your order has shipped March 19! Orders typically take 10 - 21 business days to deliver when shipping outside the US. This whole e-mail doesnt make any sence ! How Can they say 10-21 business days when its already been around 80??? So bad service and delivery, i will not even consider ordering from Colourpop again as they take BAD costumer service to a whole other level.

I originally ordered something, had the package mysteriously lost in the mail. Then resent another package with my incomplete order because one of the original items was sold out. Then the second package was ALSO lost in the mail. Colourpop extended a coupon for my troubles but I'm going to ask for a full refund because I no longer want to buy anything from theirs for a while.

How can i review products that i never received?

Wonderful products, but I will never purchase from Colourpop again. I had to contact customer service 4 times to reach resolution on a missing item in my order (twice originally, two more times when the coupon provided would end up costing me more). They did not read my message (or tried to deflect it), so I directly requested the cost of the item back. They agreed and called it a "one time courtesy refund." I expect any company to either replace the missing/defect item or the cost.

Hice in pedido el 26 de mayo dos dias despues se vio reflejada mi compra en mi historial de pedidos y me percate que el domicilio estaba incompleto, me meti a su pagina a atencion a clientes y hay una opcion. Para modificar el domicilio siempre y cuando no se haya manadado ...lo hice, me confirmation que estaba listas las modificaciones y que ya seria enviado. Paso un mes y dice que mi paquete esta en correos usps , fui y me dijeron que se regreso el paquete pues no tenia direccion, siendo que anteriormente recibi un correo que ya estaba listo. Y de ahi en Delante me he comunidad por correo con la empresa y sigo sin respuesta y sin recibir rembolso o mi paquete

They did not fill half of my order and then when they gave me credit to buy more al of the products were sold out and i still had to pay shipping again. cost me a lot more money in the end. Its pretty unfortunate because ive had really good experiences with them in the past
