I ordered my daughter the Elsa package and never recieved it they said the address was undeliverable and I have had other packages From other companies sent to my home and haven’t had any Issues And I still haven’t received my money back and it’s been over a month since the product was sent back

My parcel got missing. Colourpop didnt look into the status and no refund processed.

I didn’t receive a product and they emailed me back saying they could only give me a $5 discount code which kinda sucks because shipping is expensive. Once the product I tried to order before came back in stock I applied the discount code which ADDED $1.07 to my order and didn’t discount anything. Their products are decent but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They lose the products you order and don’t refund you.

3-4 weeks after payment there are still no updates whatsoever regarding the shipment so I had to email in again to ask what was happening and the reply I received was: sorry the address was not recognized by the system pls give us your address. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH ADDRESS COLOURPOP SHOULD CONTACT ME ONCE IT COMES UP NOT AFTER ONE MONTH OF NO UPDATES UNTIL I WENT TO CHASE THEM MYSELF. And for your information, my address was keyed in properly exactly according to the format the website gave so it was totally their negligence.
