I had missing items from my order and I tried contacting the team many times no one was able to help me at all. They didn’t even refund me or send me new items. They gave me a code that they disconnected. This team is very sketchy and don’t follow through with their promises.

I placed my order in the beginning of the year and I understand that due to the pandemic my items could not be shipped early. But you sent me a tracker and then I never even received my items. A waste of $62 honesty. I’ve been sitting on this but I just can’t get over it. If I could give 0 I would.

It's a really but service I've never received my package, I bought it on June I've been waiting for Nearly two months. The package should have arrived to Colombia. I lose my money

I ordered the blush crush palette and one of the shadows was muddy when I opened it. It was disgusting, like very wet sand, and no pigment could be picked up. I emailed colourpop and after a few emails back and forth, including pictures, they just stopped replying. I was very frustrated because they kept asking for pictures but you cannot see the full extent of how gross the product was unless it was a video. But apparently colourpop can’t open videos even in email? The rest of the shadows are perfectly fine but I’m afraid the wet one might grow mold so I will be throwing it out. Total waste of money with no resolve.

They collect taxes and the products do not arrive because we have to pay an external customs agent. terrible service

My package was delayed several times and the customer service team at Colourpop did not care.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 2 colourpop concealers. After waiting 10 days to receive my item. I got a empty package in the mail. Nothing but the order slip was in the packaging. So I contacted customer service gave them my order and invoice number and explained to them what happened. Only to be told that I needed to take a picture of what I received and send it to them. But since I didn't receive anything I threw the packaging away. But anyway after going back and forth with the lady thru emails. I told her to F it keep the money and I wouldn't be buying from this company ever again. So, I Purchased the 16 hr camo concealer from E.L.F and couldn't be happier.

Package was sent back it’s been a month and I have not received a refund in days since notifying them.On going months later with no word back from them what so ever I reached out again and was denied a refund despite never being notified or contacted back on the status of my package by the company and getting my money back since I never received the item. Basically took my money never informed me on when my package was sent back despite stating they’d get back to me on that and said oh well.
