I would like to have more options with the Disney collection. Other than that since this is my first time buying this brand I’m pretty happy with my order, I’ll give a feedback about the product quality. By the way I included a 15% discount in the checkout column and didn’t apply

Really easy to shop and find everything that I am looking for. It is disappointing when some of the items I want to purchase are not in stock. I am hoping for a good and speedy shipping process. In the past it has taken quite some time to arrive and even more so to be processed.

I wish i would of been able to get my fav eye shadow palettes before it sold out. Especially at the great sale price

It was a good experience shopping on the site but so many things were out of stock which I already had in my cart. I wish there was a way that adding an item in your cart can count as a reservation for that product.

Great experience on the site and with my order, however, it is not clear that the site charges in USD until after you place an order. I didn't realize that it was going to be changed to CAD after I placed an order. Making this more clear would be helpful as I went over my budgeted amount as it was not clear that the site was not showing CAD. Most other sites in my experience automatically change to CAD based on your location and show CAD prices. Otherwise, I love Colourpop!

Colourpop is one of my favorite brands! I love how affordable every product is, that too being such high quality. However, I hope some items were in stock before the Black Friday Sale (So Jaded palette for example). Missed out from buying it during the sale. Also, I do wish you can implement a few shipping methods (standard, express and so on...).
