I received the wrong item, and when I reached out to the company, I was unable to contact anyone, or a department by phone. All correspondence had to be done via email. Which I did. I jumped through hoops trying to get my correct item, which had already been paid for. I simply gave up trying to get my product. There was a HUGE disconnect with the complaint department via email. They stated they could not track my order, even though they were provided my order ID number, date, and credit card used. I simply became irritated with this companies lack of accountability, and professionalism. I will never recommend this company to anyone, EVER. I would give a zero star rating if I could.

I ordered from you guys for the first time, and was sent a couple products that had bad packaging. As if someone opened them then put them back so the boxes had those creases. It’s my first time with colourpop so I’m not sure how products are supposed to look, but the lip product bottles were scratched up, AND for the velvet lip product especially, it was so cheap, and clumps up, I can’t even use it. It’s as if I was send counterfeit products. The ultra blotted lip products are cute shades but surprised they aren’t as pigmented. Again I don’t feel like I was even sent Colourpop’s best quality products. Maybe they were from a bad batch???

Wish I can give 0 starts but I can't. The customer service sucks. I have all the info with proof of purchase, pics of damage product and they're still giving me the run around just to send me a new undamaged palette. I spent so much money here through the years and this is the thanks I get. Well never again!!!

I placed my order 2 months ago and in the tracking of the order they told me that it was returned to you, more than a month ago. I need my refund!

You offer no refunds. Your website claims you can cancel an order but conveniently no one responds until “it’s too late, it shipped”

Never received my package. I have emailed multiple times asking where it is—I was told to contact the carrier. I shouldn’t have to to that that—it’s your product you should want to know where the items are as well. Horrible customer service and still need my money back! Will never order again!
