I like the product colourpop sells I just don't like the website I find it hard to delete my items on my wish list and I always have a hard time checking out, and my profile on the website doesn't work.

Good variety of products, good quality, great prices, to many launches. Should improve the shade range in certain products like the bronzers and should keep in stock lip products that are friendly for people with deeper complections.

Should be a store in Canada as well. Whenever I order it can sometimes take up to 2-3 months.

Lovely selection of items, bit hard to use website on mobile phone, but got there in the end, hope the products live up to the hype!

Improvement could be made by giving buyers a chance to order or hold items in cart for at least 10 minutes so that they can complete their orders or update without it being "snagged" by another buyer. Also this is the only site in which I had to pay both shipping and taxes, typically it is either one or the other and not both. If shipping were free then taxes would be applied. If shipping were charged then taxes do not apply. Ulta, Sephora, Fashion Nova, Akira, for example, have this same method of applications. Other than that, products are great.

Most everything I wanted out of stock; it would be nice if these items weren't listed if not in stock. Great products

The website is not as user friendly as other sites. For example, after I add something to the cart and go to the cart, clicking on an item I added doesn’t take me to the item. I have to go back and search for it. It’s annoying when I want to change a shade
