ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

The Sailor Moon collection was a really band experience. It allowed me to put it in my cart and was really happy to proceed with payment. Took FOREVER to take me to the next page, only to tell me it was out of stock. Went back to add more stuff and it told me it was out of stock. Placed my order charged me for shipping. When back and then it actually showed previous item that stated out of stock, to be actually in stock. This not allowing me to make the min purchase for free shipping.

The first item I bought from colour-pop was the Sailor Moon collection. Navigating the site was a nightmare. I am tempted by the whole collection which sold out in under a minute because scalpers. I had the item in my cart and it was sold out. so in the end I spent 20 minutes trying to buy each individual item. Only to still miss out on part of the collection. I can't begin to a state how devastated I was by this development. It should have been a pre-order or something similar. The demand for this item was high and could have been handled much better.

your shittty company took my money and never gave me my order, terrible 0/10

I tried to get answers on a $100 order that is lost in the mail only to be directed to contacting the delivery service, which would have been fine if I hadn't already explained and provided proof that the delivery service (in this case USPS) had yet to receive anything. At this point I am at a loss and out $100.

My shipment got sent backup the company .which I understand but it’s been over a month and I still not have received my refund.

Not that color I expected

The products were okay but the customer service was actually the worst. Was waiting for the sailor moon restock and had the bundle in my cart at 12:59:30 EST but at 1:00 PM EST everything had sold out thanks to scalpers and bots. Colourpop has also yet to address the situation and continues to brush it under the rug or throw in a sly social media comment after the complaints come in.

Ia cant give an opinion since I haven’t even received it -.-
