Everything is almost okay

I love the products. So the 4 is really for that. When ordered online it added the discount then after it was paid I noticed one item was much higher priced then when i put in basket and the discount was gone. When I wrote customer service they said they don't cancel but this once they would before processing. Well, no lie 30 mins later they processed the order and there was nothing I could do. Then when it arrived 2 of the eye shadow pallets were broken and busted and they wouldn't do anything for that per there site. So.. moral of the story, I'll just buy from ulta and I'll use their discounts when I want and I'll know the item is intact and if there happen to be any problems I know ulta is worry free exchange. Just sayin!

Great products, in fun colors that hold well. Very cheap considering the quality. Delivery was a bit long, but again I don't live in the US.

The colors of the palette i got were pretty I did not use the makeup yet but by swatching the colors some were pigmented others were not. Also for the black eyeshadow palette one of the eyeshadow colors was not centralized at its base and was partially covered by the plastic.

I am terrible at makeup BUT this brown liquid eyeliner goes on smooth & is waaay easier to use than most other liquid eyeliners as it is a pen rather than a brush.
