I placed an order for the Hello Kitty collection back in August. I didn't receive part of the order. I sent pics and all the information required when I reached out to advise. I have not received any information in regards to the missing item, or received the missing item.

I used to love their unique formulas and collections but they've discontinued so many loved products, quality control has taken a huge hit and the new collections coming out once a week are far too much. I haven't bought for a bit and have started exploring other brands that don't throw the same nude shades in a palette with a new name and wonder why we just aren't excited anymore. I want Colourpop, not Nudiepop shoving the same stuff down our throats every week. Bring back the SSS!!

Don't buy often due to the cost for international shipping but the latest purchases were lack luster and the quality was poor. Really sad as my last purchases were great but that was a few years ago so not sure what has happened.

First, I love a lot of their products, however, that’s the only reason I gave it an extra star. They discontinue a lot of our favorites to make room for new launches that most people find boring, safe, and unoriginal. The packaging is random and the shade selections never fit the theme of what they are selling. Product order placement & delivery used to be fast & customer service was excellent. It was a cult favorite because it felt personal and seemed like every launch was something we had to have. Now I worry about my order coming in time so I just decide to buy from a more reliable brand. It just feels like the brand got lazy and greedy— a “fast fashion” for makeup direction. Also what’s up with colourpop Ulta releases? Why so bland & random? I honestly believe Colourpop should rebrand their system, bring back original favorites, and slow down. There’s just no structure with them.

I had made my purchase on October 10th but still have not received my order. I was informed that shipping may take longer than expected, which I understand. I received shipping notice on November 6th but the package tracking has not been updated since the shipping label was created. I have been receiving emails to review my order or products but the package has yet to arrive.

$16 for a tiny palette with mediocre quality & limited shades was one of my biggest purchase regrets this year. Then I get spam email 2 months later asking for my review, here it is. I don’t get compensated for this negative review based on my personal experience but beauty influencers get free products for fake positive reviews, keep that in mind. Won’t be ordering here again.
