I love the brand, but I believe the online experience could be better when showing a closer look at the products. Some lip products have pictures showing what they look like on the lips and some don't. It would also be nice to have good swatches of the shade of the product we're looking at by itself instead of just along with other shades. I like that there's pictures showing it with similar shades, but wished there were more up close pictures of it by itself too. There just needs to be consistency among the pictures of the products. Better pictures of the brushes would help. Like a picture of them from the top or angle from the top down to show the size and shape of the brush.

Ordered from here multiple times. Good products, good quality. Eyeshadow palette arrived broken. Rather than send a replacement I have a code for the amount. Prices keep going up.

ColourPop has amazing products, they’re so beautiful. Giving a four stars because a lot was stocked out but it’s the holidays so it’s normal.

I wanted to make a bulk order. Unfortunately, waiting for this bare necessities pallet to drop caused me to lose out on the other purchases as well. Everything is out of stock.

I love Colourpop; just wish they wouldn't run out of products (that I'm waiting for a sale to buy) as soon as the sale starts :(

Most of the products arrive in good conditions, but sometimes they are packed poorly and break on arrival. Also shipping times take too long.

I love all the products but a lot of things are constantly sold out.
