Be better prepared for your highly sought after items like the sailor moon collection. GET MORE SERVERS. DO A PRE ORDER. DO SOMETHING. You know it’ll be in high demand and you’ll be making the money off of it so be better so everyone can get what they need. Ridiculous that every time it’s the same problem

The last time I tried to order something I waited in an online cue for 30 minutes got a confirmation email, only for you guys to send me an email an hour later saying that my order has been canceled and that I should try and reorder but the item I was trying to get sold out in like 20 minutes your site isn’t good, it’s never easy to buy something it’s always a struggle fix your website!

I still haven't gotten my order... I ordered the Sailor Moon restock over a month ago with a delivery date of June 25th (its currently July 30th) and it's still not here, so I can't review the product itself. I contacted customer service and the feedback I received was "we're not sure what's happening either." I'm not normally the one to fuss over delayed packages but I was really looking forward to this collection and now I'm not sure if I will even be here to receive it since I'm moving states soon. Heavily disappointed.

They need to fix the way their website works. A limited release was coming out at 10 am, I was on at 9:50 am to ensure purchase. At 10 I added items to my cart and promptly went to checkout. While in checkout the items sold and were sold out. Once in my basket I should be given time to pay for the items if not look for more purchases on top of said items. This is a broken business model and shows that they care more about getting their money than they do taking care of their customers!

They let scalpers get their products with their release times. It's always a mess. I'm never ordering from colourpop again. I get it their in the business to make moneym but I'm not going to spend my money with a company that doesn't care about their customers.

They have the WORST customer service ever!! I got a palette that came broken and they refused to replace it and said that it “didn’t effect the use of the palette”. Anyone can use a BROKEN palette but it’s still BROKEN!!
