I tried during three restocks to buy a bundle. The Technology on your site is poor, even with heavy volume. Items would appear in cart and then disappear. You would be taken to a queue only to be returned to nothing. What I also didn't get is why the individual items that make up the bundle affected the bundle going out of stock. Why not package a certain amount of the set and then of the individual items? Imagine not getting the set because people really liked a lip gloss. The last launch claimed the restock would go live at a certain time and it didn't happen. Many people set aside time during a working day to do this. Also, no ownership from the company explaining why the volumes are so low on inventory or to apologize about the experience when I can see so many people writing to you via Twitter and Insta. You literally couldn't care less about the opinion on your customers.

I didn’t get my order yet, I’m really upset

My order never got home and after requesting a refund . Nobody reach out to me . It’s really hard to get a hold of someone who can help since they only have chat which takes forever for an answer.

i placed an order and it showed that it was delivered but it was not so i reported it to colourpop as well as the shipping company. i am a makeup artist and i travel a lot, so i advised colourpop no to send out a replacement order because i would be traveling for a few months and i dont want the order just sitting at my door or in the mailbox to melt or be stolen. i asked for a gift card. the still shipped me another order even though i advised them not to twice. i am not sure where the second order is because again i am not home and will not be for another 2 months. the cust service reps that i was in communication with were very unprofessional and did not care that my order was lost and i needed them for an event. the reps ignored my messages i sent and were not caring at all.

I received a highlighter by SOL body and the first one was empty which I don’t even know how that happens and the second one I received was broken terribly bad .

When I received the eye shadow tray, it obviously cracked. However, the official did not give me any reply or refund after I made a response. This makes me very disappointed.I need an explanation.

While it was "calculating taxes" for 5 solid minutes, it took 3 items out of my cart for selling out. All because of a limited drop on awful servers.

Terrible shopping experience. They dont limit the amount of items customers can purchase when a new launch is released thus allowing bots to buy in massive quantities leaving us waiting in queue long enough that by the time we get to check out everything already sold out. This has happened to me at least 3 times, countless of people complain about the bot issue and the company does not address it in its social media. I will not be a returning customer
