The way this company handled the launch of this collection was terrible. They heavily advertised the launch of the Sailor Moon Collection, only to have it be completely sold out by bots in a few minutes. Will not be buying from them again unless real changes are made to prevent this from happening again, such as taking pre-orders for items, or limiting the amount one customer can buy of a product. Management is very poor, would NOT recommend others to spend their money here.

After months of waiting and being told that my package is on its way (in several emails I sent out because I was wondering why it was taking so long and why I didn't get a working tracking number), it turns out my order is stuck at a sorting facility. My only options now are to refund the order or get a coupon code that has an expiry date and doesn't apply to promotions nor shipping. This means I'll have to pay shipping again AND wait for another few months for my items to be in stock again. No compensation at all for all the senseless waiting (despite being told "to not worry, it takes 10-21 business days"), or the trouble I'll have to go through again. Sad to say I'll probably refund the order...

Received damaged items and havent received a response yet regarding issue

Im not sure about the product quality but it took more than 1 month to get the parcel delivered even I really followed up closely. And the delivery had missing items. When I emailed, they took 5 work days to process the issue and a few more to get the replacement ship. I don't think I will buy from this brand ever again.

the package was lost and customer sup[port has been slow, difficult, and unhelpful. Will definitely not be purchasing from you in the future

I placed the order in Feb. The parcel marked delivered but I never received parcel. I kept sending emails to your service department. Their response is not helpful at all. The recent email said it is over two weeks from the tracking. Of course it is more than two weeks. It is almost half year for god’s sake! It is really frustrating of emailing to your representatives. No parcel no refund no help no five star.

Need to work out doing some advance pre orders or limit purchasing a product per customer especially the sailor moon collaboration people are hovering and sell it for a higher price you guys need to consider listening to the views of other customers not just because you want money we are telling this to improved your system and markerting so that more customers will keep buying your products alot of customers are really frustrated about the launching and restocking of your sailor moon product.

My package got lost. USPS said to wait a couple of weeks to see if it arrived but it never did and colourpop customer service wouldn’t help either.
