Missed the color swatch pictures and the pictures of the product in different skin tones. They were very helpful

I really love colourpop, the formulas, the designs and just based on the products I would've actually given 5 stars. But due to how limited the stocks are during sales, I couldn't get my hands on my wishlisted palatte! My honest suggestion will be increase the stock of every hot selling products before you guys going to have a crazy sale, so that every one can bring home their favourite palatte and will not have disappointment. Sad that everything is sold out. The only issue I have is shopping on my phone, the popout for the cart is very annoying and I kept having to back - back to my browsing. I was using the webapp. Is it possible to have a native app?

Easy to pay for the products but sometimes it is hard to find the products you've been looking for because they are not under the description they should be in

So far everything I’ve tried is so good and amazing. I love the products and I have never had a problem with pricing. Until now with the Black Friday deals I tried to add a influencer code to get less off but instead the pricing went more so than with out the deals.

Colourpop is the best USA based cosmetics line that is affordable with great quality. The shipping is super fast, palettes never come broken, and the price points I live for. I wish they would release more complexion products with a neutral and warm undertone. That is my only complaint.

All my products were amazing of course, though they forgot to Include something, honest mistake since it was only item on the second page. But after a couple emails the problem was solved and my palettes on the way!
