I never got what I order .

We ordered some products from them in March of 2020 and still have not received the products paid for, even thought the money has been taken out of our account. They did send use a product, yet it was something that we did not even order, and they are saying that our order has been delivered based on the one wrong product. And now they are saying they will not help use due to our tracking order being updated more than two weeks ago! I asked for a refund or for them to see why the products were never actually sent and now they will not reply to my emails. VERY, VERY, VERY BAD and TERRIBLE customer service and professionalism, that they think it is ok to take money from a customer and never actually deliver the products!!!! If something is not sorted out sooner, which I don't see happening, I will look into some form legal action to get them to either refund the order or send the products!! It really should not have to come to this!! Ridiculous!!

I have not received any information regarding my order even being shipped out. Customer service is very unhelpful and disregarded my questions. Have not received my order and it has been two weeks since i purchased. The day after I purchased I helped my coworker purchase the same items which she received already. Love colourpopp products but this isn’t a good look.

Bed quality eyeshadows. Ashy, irritating and uncomfortable for the eyes.

I have not received my order!!!! I can’t track it. There are no updates and since I’m in Australia I cannot sign up for updates. I have contacted Colourpop and been assured it’s out of America on its way to me but I have waited 6 months to receive this and nothing! I know there are Covid delays, however if the order was in my country 4 months ago when I asked - I’d hope it would be here by now!!!! Not happy!!!!!

Never received confirmation on my blush. And it was part of the sailormoon collection, so, it sold out.

It never came after a month and a half and after two weeks of no shipping update it finally shows its back in California “unable to ship”.

Package arrived empty about a week ago. Still working with colourpop to solve the issue. Seems like it’s going no where as they take a whole day to reply. Products are great, customer service not so much.
