my order never arrived to my house and I'm still waiting for the refund.

Never got my order and they said it is my job to find out where it is. Haven't got my money even back yet.

You cancelled my second order. You wouldnt let me process a third. My correspondence has gone unanswered other than an automated reply that you received my emails. I dont know what state my orders or discounts are in. I love your products but i have never had this much trouble buying $350-$400 worth of merchandise.

Not great quality

I have placed my order on June 30th and I still haven’t got it and no one seems to be knowing when will my shipment arrive! I’m so displeased with the current shipping services and I don’t think I will recommend to anyone to purchase through your website. Very disappointing.

Commandes passées fin Mai elles ne sont jamais arrivées. Elles sont toujours à Campton aux USA. Quand je les contacte ils disent que les commandes sont en France qu'ils ne peuvent rien pour moi. 100€ dans la nature. Je ne commanderai plus jamais chez eux.

Shipping delayed 2 weeks- had to prompt customer service, their response failed to acknowledge the error on their end.

I was excited when I got the email that my purchase went out. According to the shipping, it arrives in 7 to 10 days...it's almost an entire month and even if it will take that long due to COVID-19, the tracking didn't move from the time I received it. Very disappointed colourpop!
