It takes a while to get to us in the UK but it is so worth it I have liked every product I’ve bought from them however I would like more swatches of products especially lip products because they never end up how I expect them

I love Colourpop. Quality of makeup is ace and the super affordable prices make it so much better! I regularly recommend their products! I've placed 8 orders with them in less than a year and I rarely wear makeup! My only issue with Colourpop is the customer service. I've had two bad experiences in trying to get some issues resolved. I've unfortunately had to count the bad or missing products as a loss.

I really like and enjoy purchasing from colourpop but sometimes it’s always out of stock and I hope that can be amended, because I would of purchase more if it’s not because of the out of stock issue. Thanks and overall I really like the products from colourpop (:

I love Colourpop, so much so that 90% of my makeup collection is their brand. They are good quality formulas, well priced, and great packaging. My only concern is the lack of timely responses from customer service and how vague their communications can be.

Soo many colors are sold out too fast on a big sale like this black friday. Should stock up more stuffs for people. Also, would be nice if we can reopen a product directly once we put it into our basket. Because, sometime we want to see it in big again to decide whether we still want it or not. I had to rewrite de name of the product on the research,click on it again in order to look at the detail. It would be a lot of time saving if we can just re-open it from the order cart.

Really good! Wish there wasn't as much fallout but it's still good quality for the price you're paying!

Love it all!Also love that when they were out of a product..they let me know when it was back in stock. So just ordered again!!
