I placed my order almost two months…
I placed my order almost two months ago. It got all the way to my town and said it was returned due to “incomplete address”, which is weird because I made 100% sure it was correct, even after the fact. So it was returned to sender. I reached out for help, at least to re-order the item I had gotten and it was not out of stock. So I couldn’t have the one I just bought re-sent, and i was told I would just have to wait for a restock. Not helpful at all. And then I was told once it’s sent back, I would get a notice when it arrived and is processed. It’s been almost 2 months and I sent another help message asking how long it normally takes. And all I was told was that I would have to keep waiting. It’s so frustrating that no one is willing to help or provide customer service. And even instead of being offered any incentives to come back, I was told I couldn’t use any discounts that I used on my first purchase when I repurchase my items. Im pretty over it. It’s not worth all this trouble.
