The products I did receive seem to be good. But I am not sure I would recommend to anyone because I ordered the mystery box and payed for it but never received it. And than in order to get my money back I had to contact them but it was never sent so I would have appreciated an email stating they ran out of stock and that they were going to reimburse me.

Half my makeup was destroyed although I got a great deal on the products it seemed like it was just cleared cause of damage, when asked for a refund I got a discount code for their site instead of my money back which is useless cause you can't buy anything really with it. Not very happy about it, love the site but the customer service was lacking.

Love your products but not including the international shipping and fees makes it difficult to continue shopping from you. I had to pay twice the total amount and it came to me as a total (and unpleasant) surprise when I received my package. One of the eye shadows even arrived broken. Not pleased.

It’s disappointing when I run out and everything seems to be out of stock. I always have to order 5-6 of the same thing just to make sure I have it on hand when needed.

Mostly fine but I got one wrong item in my order. Even the receipt in the box mentions the item I actually ordered, but it wasn’t there. Instead, there was a face brush in the box. Can’t comment on the customer service as I couldn’t be bothered to sort out the order. The product themselves are ok. One single eyeshadow has a lot of fallout but it’s workable. All in all, would purchase again if there is something I want.

Im always very pleased with the products, but I think the shipping is a problem. To avoid paying customs I need my total to be under 35$ Including shipping. So I can barely order anything before hitting those 35$, and ordering multiple times takes away the fact that it’s a cheap brand.. my last purchase was under 35 but I bought stuff on sale, and on the outside they wrote the originals total so I had to pay an extra 30$ just to get my stuff..

2 or the eyeliner bought wont turn up making them useless also I would never use false eyelashes
