Maybe I just got a bad batch, but this mascara is really difficult to apply evenly. It has a very dry and chunky consistency, and flakes off quickly throughout the day - even with primer. I’m really disappointed because I am in LOVE with the colour, and cant find another brand that has this tone of red, but it’s nearly impossible to apply.

The products are great for the most part. I items I got that weren't dried out applied easily and had good pigment. However, the customer service is awful. I reached out multiple times about items i recieved being completely dried and never heard back from them! Would rather spend my money on a company that cares about their customers and the experience they get with their products

I email customer services for a return I didn’t like the nightmare before Christmas collection a few days later it was on sale .. I couldn’t get a refund or even a Price adjustment just to keep it.. so 100$ bucks down the drain for nothing.. Lesson learned try not to buy things from color pop if you’re not 100% sure you’re going to keep it

It took ages for my purchase to leave the CP warehouse, and then after the week it took to transfer the package from DHL to USPS, about half the colors in the 12-pan palette weren’t glued down and spun around like a record when I’d try to touch my brush to each shade. I’ve had the occasional pan not glued into a palette from CP before, but this was ridiculous. I only bought a single 12-pan, which ended up costing about 30 bucks by the time that fabulous DHL shipping was added. Absolutely not worth what I spent for a palette of spinning discs. I used it once, and I’m waiting until I’m not so irritated to attempt to glue the pans in place.

I found it unfair as I had a credit of $12.50, which your system receives that as a "Code". Because of that I had to pay full price of the palette I ordered, which was on Sale for $12 Firstly I received the credit because my last order contained 2 palettes & BOTH were Swatched!! Which had never happened before. I didn't want a credit!! I'm an International Customer (Canada) so to use this credit I must pay shipping & tax (which is %13 & I'm always charged more) I would've preferred a new palette, especially because 1 was a gift

A couple items arrived broken. I understand that’s going to happen now and then when shipping makeup, so I emailed them to see how it should be resolved. Unfortunately, they never bothered to respond to my email. I don’t think I’ll ever order directly from them again. Better to go through other retailers for their products.
