The order took way to long to be shipped, the customer service agent I was emailing with did nothing to help me and when I got the package, 2 of the 3 pallets were broken. It was my intention to gift these pallets to my best friend whom I was visiting of of the contry, so I didn't have time to ask for a change because the delivery was made 13 days after the online purchase. Way too long.

I hate to give a company I formerly loved such an awful review but things have really dropped off with ColourPop as a company. They do not care AR all about customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with a product then the customer has to eat the loss, at least that's what they told me. I've place many orders and never had a problem. The very first time I do have an issue though, the company showed its true colors. I'll never spend another cent on any product by them. If you choose to ordering wish you luck.

Customer service is prob the worst I’ve experienced in years. It’s not safe ordering from their site bc when they lose your package, they give you a coupon that doesn’t cover the next cost of shipping on an order they lost. I’d say visit their ultra section but that’s typically skimpy and lackluster too.

This company has the slowest shipping ever. It's been 10 days since my order, and I have no idea where my package is. This is an Amazon world, keep up! Also, who was responsible for stocking the Twilight Collab? That whole collection sold out in 3 minutes. Someone should be fired.
