Found it a little difficult to navigate the page. Hopefully the colors of the eyeshadow are as I expect. Would have been nice to have a compact option to hold 3-4 colors instead of separate compacts.

I dislike that there is no cart view that displays your items larger for comparison. Also, I’m disappointed that most of the items I wanted were sold out, but it’s the season. Still unbeatable quality for the price!!

The sites layout is beautifully put together and easy to navigate.

i love the brand, and the website is very easy to use, but i hope that the import cost aren't too high. maybe looking into a european distributer would make me order more

It is a pleasant online shopping experience overall but It could be better if you just have an app to download cuz it if inconvenient to use the website page. If u got an app, I can check the info or shipping process anytime. Thanks.

It was good but I had things in my cart and it said it was sold out.

I love colourpop so much, I order from their website once or twice a year. Their products are incredible, affordable, all in all, amazing! Fortunately, I haven't ever recieved a damaged product, whatsoever, however... I'm really disappointed that this year, they didn't do an international free shipping for Black Friday .. I hate to pay $9.99 for shipping, when my order would be $19.90. I know it's not cheap to get a package across the ocean, but I don't think they couldn't afford it once a year for us, international costumers... usually, when there are free shipping, I buy more things, but now, I had to stop myself, because of how expensive the shipping is...:(
