Problems unsolved.

Shipping is too slow it takes forever to arrive 👎🏻

I ordered 2 of the timesquare lipsticks. I only received one. I had to take pics and email them. Instead of sending me another one, they gave me $7 credit. Which would pay for another lipstick BUT I would have had to pay shipping again! Also I have ordered the same shade several times and this time timesquare wasn’t even the same color as usual. After several emails back and forth still nothing. I refuse to pay shipping on something again that I have already paid for. Do not recommend!!

Damaged product and extremely unhelpful customer service. Will not buy from them again.

Customer service is BAD, I've been trying to change my address for over two months, and they won't do anything, they told me to go the USPS to change it but USPS can't do that

I ordered an eyeshadow palette online and when it came in it had clearly been used before. There were smudges and fingerprints in most of the pans. I sent pictures to customer service and requested a new palette or a refund, but they said since there is nothing that is preventing me from using it they won’t do anything. Disappointing that I paid for an unsanitary product, especially in the time of covid. I had to throw it out. :(

Ordered a pack of roughly 20 colourful gel liners for nearly $150NZD and they break so easily most of arrived with the led already broken. Would not recommend for its price.

Horrible customer service. Products damaged or multples because sold out after 2 weeks of waiting on shipment status.
