So many options, it can be overwhelming. I was frustrated by how many things were Out of Stock. It would be nice to have a filter to only show available products.

Good experience, except I had to buy more items to use my discount codes. So in the end, I couldn’t use my discount codes.

So easy to shop and love the makeup!! Only downside is how long the shipping takes.

The product quality is awesome especially in terms of bang for your buck, but the low prices are reflected by the mediocre quality of packaging. That wouldn't be a problem except they sometimes get broken during shipping (not always but it's happened quite often for me). Only other problem for me is that the colors on the website photos aren't always right. (For the lip products especially, some of the photos are darker than others and I couldn't tell at all what color they actually were until I got them.)

The only thing I DIDNT love about my experience was the lack of stock. There used to be way more highlighter shades, and I wanted to create a cheek palette but nearly everything was out of stock.

A little disappointed that my pallette was removed after I had it in my cart but overall great experience

Delivery is a bit slow but every other thing is excellent
