Having issues with shipping.

I've been waiting over a month, and my order hasn't arrived yet. I don't have an answer from anywhere.

I received my order only to find its for someone else. I looked for a contact number but couldn't find one listed. I did email their customer service department but no response. Incredibly frustrated at the lack of customer service. I'd have better luck locating the customer and doing a swap ourselves. 😢. Would not recommend.

There was no pigment in the pen at all. I would swatch it on my hand to see and the most sheer nothingness would come out

I did not receive my order :(

The product I placed order for has not showed up. It's been a month.

Very unhappy I placed the order a month and a half ago and I have not received the order or the money back

Asking to wait for 21 business days for International orders especially when proper updates are given from destination for the troubles and procedure of not putting telephone numbers on packages have caused problems. Have to wait almost 3 months for an order. Need to find a solution on that.
