Love the products! I just hate that my favorites are usually sold out.

Ordering Colourpop is pretty easy. My only complaint is that they offer 10% off and free shipping is advertised but I’ve never seen a promo code for either. That’s disappointing and confusing. If those offers are indeed usable, please make it more clear how to use them.

It was maybe two years ago that I stopped using make up. It became truly exhausting for me and I started comparing myself to others. I stopped not only to prove that I’m beautiful in my natural skin but that when I finally decide to wear makeup again I would do it for me. Seeing Colorpop and all of the vibrant colors and beautiful women that also love this product made me excited. So today was my first day treating myself to a pallet and it’s California love

I love all of the products I have purchased, especially those for the eyes. However, the shipping process could be refined—I have had two separate instances where items arrived damaged. Colourpop readily replaced them though, so all ended well!

Good prices. Need more pictures of products on models. Color of item can vary on skin and on skin tone.

Love colourpop products and the website is easy and simple to use, I did have one problem while shopping though, I tried multiple times to add a custom build your own pallete to my cart but it seemed to freeze at the "Adding item to your bag" part. After selecting my colours over and over again after having to refresh I ultimately just gave up.

Seemed not all collections showed up on the site under certain categories; I felt like I had to search for specific items. Disappointing to offer such a great Black Friday event yet be out of stock on so many pallets. Great prices for great make-up, so these disappointments won’t keep me away!
