If I could I wouldn’t give any stars as I never got my products cause y’all for some god awful reason instead of messaging me that the payment didn’t work so I could use a different card... y’all canceled my order. Of 0 stars out of 5. Shame. Shame on you.

I recently ordered the colourpop land pr box and it arrived damaged we pay extra just for the box alone and it came damaged along with the eyeshadow palette broken colourpop sent out a replacement eyeshadow palette and that one came broken as well I just stopped contacting them at this point they didn't not offer a solution to my damaged pr box

I recently purchased a few products and after a few minutes of applying it, an allergic reaction started and there was swelling all over my face. Note that I never had any kind of allergies with makeup products (and I own a lot of them!). I tried contact the brand for information or at least a return/refund the products and was surprised when they said their policy is a nonrefundable and didn’t even care about side effects. It was terrible customer service. Anyway, bottom line: low quality products, very cheap packaging, gave me allergies that I never had, and I still had to pay the price for it. Definitely never buying again and letting all friends know that they shouldn’t.

Terrible company, terrible service. The makeup arrived damaged and they have done nothing to replace it. Spent nearly $100 only to just have it wasted. Colourpop is the perfect example of a company that has LOST ITS WAY. They have now become a vapid, money hungry, social media brand who cares nothing for the customers that supported them before all the hype. I will never buy anything from their company again and will constantly tell not only my makeup clients but my friends in the industry to never trust ColourPop or purchase their products. NEXT!!!

No impressed with any of my items I bought. Candyland palette and sailor palette is so small compared to how they look on their photos on website. Same with dream vault...alot smaller than it looks in its photos. Really gutted spent so much for them.
