I don't know why you didn't reply to my email. I'm really angry about your customer service attitude. Do not reply to the email and do not agree to return the goods. I don't know what you want to do. I hope you can either check the express delivery quickly and give me a reply, or agree to my return. I don't want to waste any more time waiting.

I received my order, Going Coconuts. I used my palette a couple times and found that one of the colors (Get Crackin) fell out. I wrote and asked that the one color be replaced but I have not heard anything from Colourpop's Customer Service.

I had sent 3 messages to costumer service and was never contacted back. I even talked to a person on IG, but they've told me to message costumer service. I was not given an order number or a tracking number. I was not able to login my account even though I've done the "forgot my password" on the website. Despite doing the "forgot my password" countless times, I was never sent an email to reset my password. So I had to wait and worry if I was ever gonna receive my parcel for over a month.

I made an order with color pop and was super excited. I spent about 50USD. The order was taking way too long to ship out so I reached out and asked them to cancel the order because I was moving to another country and wouldn't be able to receive it. Instead of listening to my request they kept assuring me it would be sent out immediately.... It wasn't... So I never received the package because I was back in America by time it arrived.
