Order was canceled on me with no explanation given

Colourpop or their shipping distributor lost my $120 package, they refused to resend the package, and refunded my money instead. Ulta, Sephora, and P Louise would've shipped out a replacement order with no issues and I will no longer be shopping with Colourpop due to poor customer service. Its been all over Instagram that I am not the only one who has been voicing these concerns.

They oversold product they knew they didn’t have and then threw random products into orders in their place, hoping customers would just “let it slide” and I had to insist on a refund for it because I was only being offered store credit FOR AN ITEM I DID NOT RECEIVE. Just crazy. I should’ve been OFFERED a refund when I presented my problem, and the problem itself should not have existed because they shouldn’t be false advertising and overselling from their inventory. The makeup that I did receive is not great quality. Eyeshadow isn’t pigmented enough, liquid eyeliner was too clumpy to even try to use, and the SOL diamond shimmer is greasy and is literally just a shimmering cocoa butter that is disgustingly sticky to everything it touches. Overall it was my first and last purchase from Colourpop and I wish enough people cared to actually stop supporting their fraud ass company. Thanks.

Sent me an order confirmation and then canceled my order. Extremely disappointed.

Package came damaged from the rain. Didn’t have the Colourpop x twilight card when I bought the full collection

One star cause I'm from Brazil and was tried to buy twice: the payment was accepted in both moments but have been canceled by Colourpop after a few minutes.

I was not happy. My shipment was delayed, and there was a problem after which I asked for my money back, and this thing is sad because I was a makeup rust. I was excited to try your products, but I was disappointed and I will not order again because of your poor service
